The Women Veterans ROCK! Advocacy Campaign announces a new strategic alliance with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to recruit and hire more qualified women veterans into jobs within the transportation industry.

The "Women Veterans ROCK!" Advocacy Campaign announces a new strategic alliance with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to recruit and hire more qualified women veterans into jobs within the transportation industry.

Presently, The Metro is seeking to hire more qualified Women Veterans to fill open positions within the transit authority. These career opportunities include open positions in areas such as: Transit Operators; Transit Police; Mechanics; Human Resources; Information Technology; Program Managers; Logistics and many other great career opportunities are now available for veterans at www.wmata.com/careers.
