Edgar has been in the Auto Non Standard Industry for over 20 years.  Edgar served as Vice President of Claims at Loya Insurance during its growth from 30M in annual GWP to over 600M.  During his time at Loya, the Company expanded from a Regional Carrier to a National Provider of private passenger insurance.
