Exciting News at Accuserve Solutions! We are thrilled to announce that Julie Markert, API, has been appointed as our new Director of Claims QA. Julie brings a wealth of expertise in claims management and quality assurance. Prior to joining Accuserve, she led quality assurance initiatives at one of the Top 5 major insurance carriers. She has also consulted and helped strategize with several P&C carriers to build QA programs across the industry. Julie has been featured as a speaker at a number of industry conferences and she has also written several blogs about building best in class quality assurance programs. Accuserve is investing in an internal Quality Program to provide insights into trends and opportunities on the claims we handle. We will be looking at quality from the perspective of the carrier, the homeowner, the contractor, and the employee. Accuserve continues to focus on being the best Managed Repair provider of choice. We just wrapped up our first holistic assessment of our primary services. We will be analyzing the data over the next couple of weeks and presenting the findings to leadership. From there, we will begin calibrating on what good looks like and building out practices and standards we will hold ourselves to. We will also develop an ongoing holistic QA program to continuously provide insights to our leaders and stakeholders for all services.
