Co-founder of Vinnco Pty Ltd, Glenn Connolly, has decided to leave the company to persue other activities.Fellow co-founder Jacob Gough has assumed control of vinnco and continue to drive it forward with aggressive international development plans.

Unknown to many, Gough had already replaced Connolly back in December last year when he assumed a more active position within the business and added additional management and another corporate office in Jakarta Indonesia to support its very rapid growth in that region.

Simultaneously,Vinnco is also set to expand into South America, via a newly announced merger, with a launch in May of 2014 in Sao Paula, Brazil.

The start-up recently began to capture the attention of several high profile companies when it became an exclusive sub affiliate partner to Groupon (the global leader in the daily deal industry) to offer a smart-phone app and website to anyone wanting to create an income when Groupon deals are purchased from their own personal members site.

"Glenn's participation in the beginning of Vinnco was pivotal" said Gough, and further added, "Our split is more than amicable. He is currently pursuing other opportunities that resonate more closely with his core interests, while my focus is on supporting our current team and the future independent distributors/promoters with the current merge along with the support of our key leadership group."

Vinnco will continue to offer excited deals and news in the coming weeks so please stay tuned as the International moves happen.

More news on the Merger will be coming this week.
