Utah Beauty College Cameo College of Essential Beauty Introduces $1000 Scholarship for US Students

Cameo College of Essential Beauty is providing financial assistance for a student entering a US college or university in the fall who exemplifies academic excellence and an understanding of the beauty industry.

In an effort to support students who are committed to higher education in the US, acclaimed beauty college Cameo College of Essential Beauty is offering a $1000 scholarship award. The financial assistance will be awarded to a student entering a US college or university in the fall who exemplifies academic excellence and an understanding of the beauty industry.

Brenda Scharman, owner of Cameo College, attributes her own education to her success, and understands how the power of academic opportunity can contribute to the success of America's future. She believes a financial award can help provide a boost to a student that has a variety of expenses associated with post-secondary education in addition to tuition, such as course materials and supplies. For many students, accommodation, transportation and food expenses need to be factored in to their budget.

As part of the application process, students must write a brief essay that explores the rapid growth of technological advancements in salons and spas, such as the practice of laser hair removal, and how graduates must be prepared with both technical and artistic skills to be successful. Instead of submitting a hard copy of the writing, applicants are required to post it online on a website, blog or forum. Through this process, the Utah esthetician school can select a recipient based on his or her writing skills, as well as on his or her ability to reflect on the beauty industry.

United States students who are enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited college or university this fall or next spring can visit Cameo College's scholarship page to learn more details, as well as download the application.
