Two new doctors join the Lehigh Medical Group
Susan Strickland, DO and Narmo Ortiz, DPM have joined the Lehigh Medical Group, a Physician Practice enterprise of Lehigh Regional Medical Center.
Online, October 19, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Susan Strickland, DO and Narmo Ortiz, DPM have joined the Lehigh Medical Group, a Physician Practice enterprise of Lehigh Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Strickland comes to the area from an Internal Medicine residency at St. John Detroit Riverview Hospital in St. John, Detroit and has been practicing independently within the Lehigh Acres area. She is joining the Lehigh Medical Group, a Primary Care Physician practice based in Lehigh Acres that is managed by Lehigh HMA Physician Management, Inc.
The group is also composed of family practitioners: Dr. Axel Ruiz-Tellez, Dr. Richard Gould, Dr. Alfredo Gonzalez, Dr. Daniel Perez, Dr. Michael Tucker and Dr. Maria Eloy. The General Surgeon in the group is Dr. Martin Barrios. She will be practicing at 1530 Lee Boulevard Suite 1100 in Lehigh Acres.
Dr. Ortiz attended a Podiatric Medicine residence program at the Cedars Medical Center in Miami, FL. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and also a Certified Wound Specialist by the American Academy of Wound Management. Dr. Ortiz is joining the team at the Wound Care Center at Lehigh Regional Medical Center, and will be treating and caring wounds on the foot, ankle, and leg. Dr. Ortiz will be practicing at 1212 Country Club Boulevard Suite 301 Cape Coral and at the Wound Care Clinic of Lehigh Regional Medical Center at 1530 Lee Boulevard Suite 2300 in Lehigh Acres.
