Toys for sick children and orphans in Cameroon

Online, October 14, 2009 (Newswire.com) - The Chantal Biya Foundation along with other Non Profit organizations in Cameroon will be the beneficiaries of the Toys for sick children and orphans initiative by the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement of North America.
The Chantal Biya Foundation is the brainchild of the First Lady of Cameroon Chantal Biya who is also a Goodwill Ambassador for UNESCO. The foundation offers intensive care treatment to very sick children and neonates in Cameroon, supports underprivileged children accross the country through the provision of educational facilities. The Chantal Biya Foundation has a long history of giving toys to sick children and orphans in Cameroon every Christmas.

CPDM USA is appealing to individuals of good will, philantropic organizations, churches and other groups whose mission is, to serve children, to come on board and partner with this initiative to collect toys for children in Cameroon.
The Toys for sick children and orphans in Cameroon kicks off on Friday Oct 16 and will run through till Sunday Dec 5th. Participating organizations or individuals of goodwill are welcome to collect toys and donate to this initiative. Donated toys will be delivered to the Chantal Biya Foundation for sick children and other non profit organizations accross Cameroon for distribution over Christmas 2010.
The Toys For Cameroon Children Committee Chairs will co-ordinate this initiative accross the United States of America.
