As a board certified wills, trusts and estates lawyer, Archbold handles all aspects of the analysis and planning for the conservation and disposition of estates, including tax related matters and probate litigation. She received her A.B. degree from Cornell University in 1994, J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997, and LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007. She has been awarded an AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the most widely accepted lawyer rating service. She previously served as a U.S. Marine Corps Judge Advocate from 1998 to 2006. She is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Sarasota County Bar Association, the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council, and the Military Officers Association of Sarasota. She is a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast; Trustee, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens; Secretary, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Associates; and Co-Vice President/Special Events, Cornell Club of Sarasota-Manatee.

Hermey is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law, and her areas of practice include banking and finance law, land use and zoning, and real estate law. She received her B. S. degree with honors from the University of Maine in 1991 and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2006. She is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Sarasota County Board of Realtors, and the Women's Council of Realtors.

McQuaid is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in business litigation law. His primary areas of practice are civil litigation in state and federal courts, including business, commercial, probate, construction and real estate disputes, personal injury, and appeals, as well as arbitration. He received his B.S. degree with honors from Cornell University in 2002 and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005. He recently received the prestigious AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and the Sarasota County Bar, Young Lawyers Division.
