Wow! 20 pounds? How did JWOWW from the Jersey Shore lose 20 pounds? GTL (Gym Tan Laundry) of course. Well I saw before the 2nd season she lost weight by eating only 500 calories a day! Umm...yeah, who wouldn't lose weight eating that much. But now it looks like she's taken a normal persons approach and has been showing great results. Here's an article I found:
Jersey Shore star Jenni JWoww Farley is so excited about her 20-pound weight loss that she couldn't wait to show off her bikini body in the Jan. 31, 2011 issue of Life & Style.
"I can fit into the jeans I wore when I was 21," gushes JWoww, 25. "Overall, my body's gotten tighter and more toned."
Works Out 5 Days A Week
The 5'7â€³ brunette beauty, who used to party and drink nonstop, transformed her curvy body by cutting back on alcohol consumption, cleaning up her diet and working out five days a week for up to 2 hours at a time.
JWoww is so committed to maintaining her fit, toned physique that she hasn't drunk any alcohol since September!
"I want to be on point, and drinking gets in the way," she says.
'I Used to Run 3½ Miles Every Day'
JWoww, who still enjoys her pizza and cheesecake in small portions, also credits her bodybuiilder boyfriend, Roger Matthews of Toms River, N.J., for helping her weight-training.
"[My new look] is me coming out of my shell," says Farley. "I want to go back to where I was until I was 21. I was running 3½ miles a day [back then], and I looked amazing. I was very, very health-conscious, and I'd never had a drink."
J-Woww also detailed a sample of her new diet:
Breakfast: Egg-white omelet with veggies and one slice wheat toast, coffee.
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken, avocado, walnuts and blue cheese.
Snack: Steamed broccoli with fresh mozzarella or vanilla protein shake with peanut butter and banana.
Dinner: Nine pieces salmon or tuna sashimi, spicy tuna roll, miso soup.
Meanwhile, JWoww's Jersey Shore co-star, Sammi Sweetheart Giancola recently lost 15 pounds and Nicole Snooki Polizzi declared that her No. 1 New Year's resolutions is to lose weight.

Looks like a good fat loss/fat burning diet there. I believe with the fist pumping late nite drinking also helped in her body transformation. Getting enough rest is big component of losing weight. Here's a little more information I found...
Jersey Shore star Jenni 'JWoww' Farley, who recently turned down a reported $400,000 offer to pose nude in Playboy, lost 20 pounds recently through portion control and 5-day-a-week workouts.
"I eat junk food, cheesecake, cheese, pizza, but just lower amounts of it," JWoww said at an event to promote GNC's Ab Cuts diet supplements.
TWO-HOUR WORKOUTS 5 DAYS A WEEK
Farley works out five days a week for up to two hours per session doing 30 to 60 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical trainer, treadmill or StairMaster followed by weight training.
"My boyfriend trains me," says JWoww. "He's a big bodybuilder."
Farley, who lost 20 pounds in three months, also dramatically overhauled her diet to include protein shakes, salads and chicken or tuna.
JWoww also limits her carb intake and indulges in healthy homemade soups.
