"I Love You", is the story of Brenda Lopez, who was raised by a mother who sold her to men. From childhood to adulthood she never trusts men, until she met Alex. Alex is the only man who treats her as a person and keeps her safe from harm. But, when mild retarded Zack falls in love with Brenda during Christmas dinner, even though he knows it's not right, Zack tells his brother Alex his feelings towards Brenda; which starts a psychotic, twisted, graphic, gory experimental game of the mind and physical strength.
Brenda and Zack needs to play and survive the most twisted, mind-bending game in order to survive the hellish nightmare.
At the end of the game, one dies and the other learns the meaning of self-willed power. But, with twists and turns in the game, it will still leave the audience shock and questioning the ending.
"People have described the script, as a bad acid trip without the acid. One thing, I can say, I wasn't on drugs when I wrote it, it all come to me in a dream," Aliya Leigh says.
