Everyone is welcome to learn to heal and be healed.
I have had the privilege to be assigned by the only living master Guru Dev to teach this art, and have been teaching for over 20 years.
Sat Nam Rasayan is a meditative spiritual form of healing using awareness as the only tool, and is compatible with all religious faiths.
Everyone is welcome and everyone can learn this healing art.
Sat Nam Rasayan in Sanskrit means "profound relaxation within the divine name." It's origins go back thousands of years and it's modern form took shape in Northern India in the 16th century and was passed from one eastern master to the next through the generations.
According to the tradition, Sat Nam Rasayan used to be transmitted exclusively by the teacher to his pupil in silence, sharing many of years of experience and practice. Yogi Bhajan the master of Sat Nam Rasayan decided that the healing art should be taught openly into a linear form for all to learn to practice.
Hari Das, aka Mimi Trotter, is a third level practitioner and student teacher of Sat Nam Rasayan®, and a member of a very small group of global healers who are certified by Guru Dev Singh Khalsa, PhD (the Master of Sat Nam Rasayan®) to teach this ancient healing art. She is a full-time practitioner of this healing art of the Sat Nam Rasayan® lineage, and has been studying with His Holiness Guru Dev Singh since 1994.
Guru Dev Singh has been acclaimed as one of the greatest healers of our time, and is presently producing some of the finest healers in the world. Guru Dev has been proclaimed The Saint of Rome, by Yogi Bhajan, PhD who over the course of many years taught Guru Dev this healing art. Since Yogi Bhajan's death in 2004, Guru Dev is the only living Master of this advanced form of contemplative healing. He is the only teacher in the 700-year lineage of Sat Nam Rasayan® to structure its healing treasures into a linear form for all to learn and practice.
Hari Das has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation in the tradition of her teacher, Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and White Tantric Yoga for over 28 years. She continues to teach and heal in her long-standing practice in La Jolla, California, and has a position at the La Jolla-based Scripps Integrative Medicine as the Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Awareness Instructor.
Mimi Trotter's spiritual name, Hari Das Kaur, was given to her directly by Yogi Bhajan over 25 years ago. Hari Das means: Servant of God, and she has dedicated her life to the service of healing and teaching of others.
Her background includes over 20 years of surgical nursing; childbirth, post-partum educator and doula; and cranial-sacral therapy and ayurvedic herbal training.
