What is actually Sushi?

1) Chirashizushi: Sushi Rice together with raw fish toppings and vegetable garnishes is referred to as Chirazisushi. It is consumed mostly in March along with the ingredients as per the necessity.
2) Inarizushi: It is a pouch made of tofu loaded with sushi rice and is also deep fried. The preparation varies much like the region including fillings of environmentally friendly beans, carrot along together with rice and wrapped in a triangular cone shape often known as Cone sushi.
3) Narezushi: This can be a traditional form associated with fermented Sushi. Such a Sushi is organized with skinned fish full of salt, and kept in a wooden barrel, condensed with salt again. It remains edible for further few months.
4) Oshizushi: This is often known as pressed Sushi and it's also a speciality associated with Osaka. The bottom associated with oshibako is covered with toppings then covered with sushi rice then the lid on the mould is pressed firmly to generate a compact.
