StaciJansma.com Celebrates "Companies That Care Month" by donating to March of Dimes in March

At a time when corporations are taking over the business battle front, small businesses that still prize their community should be applauded. That is why a local business owner takes pride as they plan to celebrate "Companies That Care Month".

Staci Jansma who owns Your Online 24/7 Virtual Assistant (www.StaciJansma.com) in Lakefield will be celebrating "Companies That Care Month" by giving back on a national level, which in turn helps those in need all around us.

"It is so important to give back to your community, especially since your business is a part of that community. Show your community that you care just as much about it as you care about your business," Jansma says.

"What can your business do for the community?" Jansma asks. She suggests you can just write a check for a local group, but there are more fun, and more meaningful ways, by being creative.

"If you're a bakery, give some bread to the local shelter," Jansma says. "Sell an exclusive product where all the proceeds will benefit a charity. Collect donations in a jar and present them to a nonprofit. If you are a lensmaster on Squidoo.com, select 25% of your earns for at least the remaining month of March to go to your favorite charity."

Jansma will be donating to March of Dimes at the end of March to contribute to a great cause. March of Dimes helps on so many levels through the hospitals and increase awareness of newborns born throughout the world.
