Sacramento Wealth Management firm Springer Financial Advisors adds a new financial representative Ed Guanill.

Ed's career in finance began in 1997 with TASQ Technology where he managed major accounts for some of the largest banks in the country including US Bank, First Bank, Sun Trust, and Ameritech.

In 1999 Ed left TASQ to start his own company, Coastal Payment Systems, where he educated business owners on financial growth strategies and technology implementation. Ed rejoined TASQ in 2001 after selling his merchant portfolio interests to become Director of Business Development. There, he was responsible for managing more than $92 million in revenue and increasing profitability as it related to logistics, procurement, deployment, and distribution.

In 2003 Ed left TASQ and began working as an Equity Manager, then co-founded J.R. Asset Management in 2005 and now runs his own private financial planning practice. His primary focus is helping families achieve their retirement goals by providing sound financial solutions that eliminate risk, offer competitive returns, provide liquidity, reduce taxes, and pass on their wealth in the most tax efficient way possible.

Ed is a graduate of CSU Sacramento and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies: Public Relations. He is also a Member of The National Ethics Association and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 2010, 2011.
