RxMedic Names Haig Norwood Automation Specialist for Midwest Region

Haig Norwood joined the RxMedic Systems team of pharmacy automation specialists based in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Norwood will be in charge of the Midwest Region.

RxMedic Systems, Inc. has named Haig Norwood to the position of Automation Specialist for the Midwest Region of the United States.

In this role, Norwood will be responsible for working with pharmacies to customize automation solutions for achieving maximum benefit. Norwood will be consulting with independent pharmacies, hospital outpatient pharmacies and retail pharmacies.

Prior to joining RxMedic, Norwood was with Cordea Consulting, a healthcare IT firm that provided assistance with regulatory compliance for Meaningful Use, ICD-10, Electronic Health Records and the Accountable Care Act. Norwood is the previous Director of Institutional Sales for Innovation, where he was responsible for robotic dispensing and pharmacy workflow system sales to acute care hospitals, federally qualified health clinics (FQHCs) and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
