RecordJet Continues To Fly Over The Chart Clouds With "Aus Kohle Und Stahl"

- Entered at number 15 on the German compilation charts - Another success for passenger M.I.K.I

Berlin-based music distributer recordJet is confidently continuing with its flights into the charts. In chart week 22/2014, passengers Reece, M.I.K.I & Sonikk managed to enter the German compilation charts at number 15 with their compilation "Aus Kohle und Stahl" (Of Coal and Steel). The label Kopfnussmusik already had a chart success with its first release, the album "Malochersohn" by M.I.K.I. It entered the German album charts and immediately went to number 94 in the Christmas week of 2013.

"We're a little bit disappointed that only two out of two of Kopfnussmusik's releases have made it into the charts, even though they're such a young, ambitious label. We really expect a lot more" Captain Jorin Zschiesche commented on the recent events at recordJet/Kopfnussmusik.

"The success of "Aus Kohle und Stahl" shows that listeners respond to the Ruhr Valley sound. We are confident that we'll be hearing a lot more from Kopfnussmusik, M.I.K.I and Co., and can't wait to find out what the future has in store for them", assures Carolin Wohlschlögel of recordJet, who doesn't even really like hip hop.

"Aus Kohle und Stahl" is a collaboration between artists M.I.K.I, Reece and Sonikk. The release has been available for purchase everywhere since 02/05/2014.
