The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce has announced The Rapid Group as a Finalist for Business of the Year. The 11th Annual Eminence Awards will celebrate the success of local businesses, volunteers, and community.

The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce has announced The Rapid Group as a Finalist for Business of the Year. The 11th Annual Eminence Awards will celebrate the success of local businesses, volunteers, and community.

James Jacobs, president of The Rapid Group, was thrilled to hear that his Nashua-based prototype machine and sheet metal shops have been nominated for Business of the Year, "This is such a great honor. I am extremely proud of the Rapid team and how hard everyone works to satisfy our customers. We sincerely appreciate the recognition by our peers that Rapid is making a difference in the Greater Nashua community."

The lunchtime ceremony will feature two keynote speakers: Martha Sheridan, president and CEO of the Providence, Rhode Island Convention Center & Visitors Bureau, and Lynne McCormack, Director of Art, Culture + Tourism for the City of Providence.
