PSKW Names Dennis DiVenuta, JD, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs

Online, September 24, 2013 (Newswire.com) - PSKW, LLC, a leading provider of biopharma loyalty relationship marketing services, announced today that Dennis DiVenuta, JD, has been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, and is responsible for the Human Resource, Legal, and Quality Management departments within the Company.

Mr. DiVenuta maintained a law practice dedicated to healthcare clients for more than 25 years, where his primary focus was regulatory compliance and legal risk aversion strategies, along with commercial transactions. Dennis spent seven years as Corporate General Counsel for Computer Horizons, Inc., a public company headquartered in Mountain Lakes, NJ with a prime focus on technology solutions in the financial services and healthcare verticals. He thereafter served as Chief Executive Officer for two healthcare technology growth companies before becoming Senior Vice President for Innovation at MediMedia.
