January 22, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Provenir today announced that its VP of Marketing, Jeff Nicholson, and European Managing Director, Neil Skilling, Ph.D., will take part in a special three-part webinar series hosted by DMA UK for its members. The series will focus on how brands can best service today's social savvy, internet-obsessed customers with real-time engagement strategies to better meet the needs of their customers, and, in turn, increase business revenue.
"Today's customer is constantly connected, presenting both significant opportunity and challenges for brands," said Jeff Nicholson, vice president of marketing at Provenir. "Companies can struggle with the amount of data available, but successful, real-time marketing and engagement is possible. I'm excited to present these webinars with DMA UK in order to provide a solid groundwork for brands to best create lasting customer relationships."
The first webinar, The Golden Guidelines to Actionable Social Engagement, will leverage the information from Provenir's whitepaper to illustrate best practices when listening and responding to customers on social networks. The webinar will highlight when it is appropriate to take action, when it is not, and how to leverage customer data to ensure the action taken is relevant to that individual customer.
