Property Place Launches Revolutionary 'Search & Match' Software

Property Place is introducing a new feature to its established Facebook application called Search & Match which will allow an estate agent's properties to be sent directly to a user according to their lifestyle.

The new software will enable a Property Place user's Facebook data to create an interactive 'Life map' which will match their lifestyle, interests and routines to suitable property listings. This software will interact with the user's profile allowing properties to match their preferences. It will also appear on their newsfeed and allow user's to have the ability to share properties with their Facebook friends.

Property Place's innovative new software Search & Match is changing the face of property searching online, using 33 fields of information from a user's Facebook profile to recommend properties. Users can utilise 9 different communication tools to contact estate agents or express an interest in a property listing.

Recent research conducted using the Search & Match feature show that each Property Place user recommend the application at least three times. They also found that 78% of Facebook users who have installed Property Place come back at least once following their initial visit.

Available completely free of charge to estate agents to trial for the first three months, moving to a flat fee of £40 for unlimited listings. The Property place application remains completely free for all estate agents.

This unique technology automatically captures everything from the user's Facebook profile, such as: where they work; where they live; places they are checking into. Users can also manually add their favourite locations such as the gym or close friends' houses should they wish to live close to them.

The Search & Match software which does not rely upon Facebook advertisements or traditional search methods. The new technology behind Search & Match will engage with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants without them having to search for property.
