The RK Group Appoints Rosemary's Catering New Director of Sales, Sonya Villarreal
San Antonio, TX - Texas, October 20, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Hospitality and Culinary leader, The RK Group, is pleased to announce their internal promotion of Catering Sales Manager Sonya Villarreal to Director of Sales-Offsite Catering.
Sonya has served as a Catering Sales Manager since 2012 managing nearly a thousand successful offsite corporate and social events. During her tenure, she has exhibited exemplary leadership skills that made her a prime candidate for this promotion. She leads by example with strong work ethic and attention to every last detail while maintaining meaningful relationships with clients. Villarreal contributes over two decades of vast experience in the hospitality industry with a niche in high-end and luxury events. Her early career started in prominent Texas hotels such as The Adolphus in Dallas and the historic St. Anthony in San Antonio. She further developed conference and convention center logistics practices by opening the Embassy Suites-San Marcos and its conference center in 2008.
