The Chelsea Film Festival is excited to announce that Simone Boyce, from Fox 5 NY, will be hosting the Chelsea Film Festival Red Carpet Opening Event. Please join Simone and the Chelsea Film Festival team on Thursday, October 16th for an unforgettable, exciting night!

Simone Boyce joined Fox 5 in 2014 as an entertainment reporter, covering film, television, arts, culture and New York's vibrant nightlife. Previously, she was a film correspondent for EPIX. Boyce is self-proclaimed fangirl, movie buff and active member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association.  A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Broadcast Communications, Boyce grew up in Miami.

The Chelsea Film Institute (CFI) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit cultural organization that helps expose the underprivileged youth in Chelsea, New York City to the arts. Our theme is "Global Issues," and our Mission is "Making the World a Better Place." Throughout the year, CFI offers free Arts classes to the economically disadvantaged children in the Chelsea Projects and vicinity.

Chelsea Film Festival (CFF) is an international film festival, enlightening the work of emerging filmmakers, producers, and actors. It offers a wide range of films, such as shorts, documentaries, and feature-length pieces. It empowers the work of risk-taking storytellers and remains committed to its mission to discover and develop independent artists and audiences around the world.
