Second time author, William Matta, EdD Offers The Solution as a Blueprint for Change and Happiness

In his latest book, The Solution, Matta offers tools to break down barriers to happiness. For most people, achieving a state of well being involves change. “Too often, people don’t know how to change, or tend to resist change and become stuck in a state of depression, stress or anxiety,” claims Matta. “I decided to write this book in order to enlighten readers to implement permanent change and take control of their lives.”

“During counseling sessions I often supplement therapy with self-help books. All too often, my clients comment that the books are too technical, boring, or not practical,” remarked Matta. “I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for over 23 years. I wrote The Solution to address this issue, I made it friendly and readable so that it is easier to employ the techniques found throughout the pages.
