Second Car Park Investment is launched at Glasgow Airport

FJP Investment is pleased to announce Car Park 2 is now available for investors to start the reservation process.

1,750 spaces have been made available to clients interested in purchasing their own car parking space at Glasgow International Airport.

“The Park First investment opportunity is entering Phase 2 whereby a new car park is offered to investors at Glasgow Airport. Car Park 2 is exciting for us as this particular car park is even closer to the terminal” added Tom Roberts of FJP Investments.

Park First and their management team have over 20 years’ experience in operating purpose built car parks within major northern city centres and around international airports.

“Airports are set to create the greatest demand for parking throughout the UK which bodes well for our investors” said Roberts of FJP Investment Ltd

Glasgow airport handled over 7 million passengers throughout 2013 and is on target to surpass that figure in 2014.

“Airlink Group in partnership with Park First Ltd have put together a fantastic package for clients keen to get a piece of the action at busiest airport in Scotland” said Tom Roberts of FJP Investment Ltd.

Airlink Group was founded in 1994 and with a portfolio of four different car parks at Glasgow International Airport the company is best positioned to manage our parking investment. Airlink group is now the largest Scottish car parking owner and one of the largest private property groups in Scotland.

Parking spaces can be purchased from £20,000 per space. “Many clients will typically purchase multiple parking spaces. Our average client’s investment is now around the £60,000 mark.” Said Roberts of FJP Investment Ltd

With 30 airlines serving more than 100 destinations worldwide, including Canada, the US, the Caribbean, Europe, North Africa and the Gulf, Glasgow Airport is Scotland’s principal long-haul airport.

In addition to being Scotland’s largest charter hub, Glasgow Airport serves more Scottish destinations than any other airport and is a key component of Scotland’s transport infrastructure.

“We expect sales to be quick, on the basis of this car park having been in operation for 6 years already and with it being Glasgow’s closest off-airport car park, based only metres from the Terminal building. This Park First investment will naturally warrant higher demand” added Roberts of FJP Investment.
