Scott Bayzle Named to CAM Raleigh Board of Directors

Local Parker Poe Partner to Chair Development Committee of the CAM Raleigh Board of Directors

Scott Bayzle, a Partner in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office, was recently named to the Board of Directors for CAM Raleigh. He is now the Chairman of the Development Committee of the Board of Directors which is tasked with overseeing development and fundraising efforts for the downtown museum. CAM Raleigh opened in 2011 and works to create an ever-changing experience that is always in progress.

Parker Poe and CAM Raleigh have partnered together to incorporate a rotating art exhibit in the firm’s Raleigh office to highlight the works in the museum rather than commission expensive art pieces. These art pieces are changed periodically throughout the year.

Mr. Bayzle litigates commercial disputes for both large and small businesses and has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts (trial and appellate levels) and in arbitration tribunals. He focuses his practice on business tort litigation including cases involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, securities fraud, intellectual property disputes, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract and tortious interference with contract.
