Having recognised the anti-corruption challenges that corporations face when conducting business in emerging Asia, ethiXbase is pleased to announce the introduction of the Ethical Alliance Corporate Anti-Corruption Programme.

By joining the Ethical Alliance, corporate member organisations are able to send a clear message to third parties, staff, clients, regulators and investors openly promoting ethics and anti-corruption compliance. The corporate membership programme goes further by streamlining third party on-boarding, due diligence, on-going monitoring, training and benchmarking. Essentially membership provides organisations with a well-documented defensible response against allegations linked to corruption and bribery in their Asian third party network. This helps ensure third parties comply with not just the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act (UKBA) but also with the member organisations standards, codes and policies.

"We understand the anti-corruption compliance challenges that regional and global organisations face across emerging markets" says Leas Bachatene, CEO of ethiXbase. "Our first call is to assist members with their Asian third party network and for this reason we have built strong and scalable capabilities to verify, train and certify Asian third parties in local languages on matters related to FCPA and UKBA. We are thrilled to launch this initiative and support our members with their third parties in China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar and Thailand."
