Platinum Select Nursing only engages exceptional caregivers who are meticulously matched to the client’s level of needs and personal preferences. Caregivers go through a comprehensive application process, conducting pre-assessment screenings and testing their written and critical thinking skills. Each caregiver is selected and interviewed by an RN and must participate in PSN’s six-hour orientation prior to visiting with the clients. Each client is then interviewed and assessed by an RN so that an appropriate match can be made based on the client’s level of care and the skillset needed to care for that client.

The hiring process at PSN ensures only the most qualified are invited to join the Platinum Team. As continuing education is an industry and company standard, caregivers are encouraged and invited to attend specialty workshops, such as Advanced Alzheimer’s and Dementia trainings to help each caregiver grow professionally and improve their skills.
