As demand for its unique cybersecurity and digital ad protection increases, Oxford BioChronometrics announced today the hiring of two key members of its executive team with successful track records in growing early stage companies into global successes.

Luxembourg-based Oxford BioChronometrics SA is known for using behavior as the key to blocking the attacks and data theft caused by automated programs and malicious actors on the Internet.  Their technology has been in demand from global corporations, digital advertisers, financial institutions and government agencies around the world as it goes far beyond typical solutions, like fingerprints, retina scans and two-step verification for cyber security and exceeds the performance of traditional digital ad protection technologies.

We now have an executive team where everyone has the experience of managing rapid growth and adding tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars to a company's bottom line through pragmatic execution.

Adrian Neal, Chairman

Adrian Neal, the company’s founder and Chairman, explained the new hires were an answer to the need to grow the company and not just expand the technology. “Innovative technology will always garner attention in the marketplace, but in order to have a company that is as scalable as the technology, you must have a team that has a track record of managing a company’s growth as it expands from a small business to a global competitor. We now have an executive team where everyone has the experience of managing rapid growth and adding tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars to a company’s bottom line through pragmatic execution.”

The two new executive roles will be filled by Dean Stamos, who will assume the role of President of the US subsidiary based in New Jersey, and Gordon Tichell, the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, who will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Luxembourg.

Dean Stamos has been with the company for the past year as the head of US business development. Before coming to Oxford BioChronometrics, he served as CEO/President of several high growth companies, two of which were publicly traded.  Among his many accomplishments, he once reorganized a failing public company to become one of the first independent agency algorithmic trading firms and sold it to PiperJaffery. He also founded the first relevance-based information matching engine firm for financial services, making him a formidable force both for understanding how complex technology can be leveraged and how to scale a company accordingly.

The second is the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, Gordon Tichell. Mr. Tichell has been finance professional for over twenty years. He began his career with PolyGram Entertainment before joining the Anschutz Corporation, a private US investment firm. He later transferred to Anschutz’s Luxembourg-based specialty finance company DAM Capital, where he became CEO and was responsible for the entity’s global portfolio. He has now joined the Oxford BioChronometrics team at the headquarters in Luxembourg to oversee the financial growth of this rapidly expanding business.

“This is obviously a very exciting time for the company,” stated Adrian Neal, the company’s founder and Chairman. “Accommodating our growth with the addition of two highly talented executives ensures our expansion will be managed with the same thoroughness as our technology development.”

The company will be launching two new products in the coming months and just celebrated the launch of its updated consumer-level web product, NoMoreCaptchas 2.0.
