National Class Action against Air Canada
Vancouver, BC, September 2, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Munroe & Company, Barristers & Solicitors, has filed a proposed national class action in the Superior Court of Québec on behalf of all consumers who purchased a Flight Pass from Air Canada only to have Air Canada revoke it due to an alleged pricing error. Thousands of Canadian consumers have potentially been affected.
The lawsuit claims damages for, among other things, breach of contract, breaches.
Munroe & Company has filed a similar proposed class action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
