Mogul Steven Hoffenberg Goes Head To Head With Rupert Murdoch Over The New York Post

Business Mogul Steven Hoffenberg is preparing for a fight that he has already rightfully won. This battle being over the New York Post, a newspaper said to be failing but with proper leadership will triumph once again.

In the recent issue of Post All Star News, Deputy Publisher Flo Anthony recalls her time working for the New York Post and her first dealings with Hoffenberg. During the late 80's and early 90's Flo wrote for both the Post's sports and entertainment column. She vividly describes the racism she encountered as well as the downward spiral in which the paper headed under Rupert Murdoch's reign.

"I experienced horrific racism under Murdoch. While working in the Entertainment department, I was verbally tortured, chastised, bullied and harrassed on a daily basis by a lesbian editor. She did everything but physically abuse me. No one did anything to stop her or to help me. However, I refused to quit my job. When she resigned, almost everyone in the building congratulated me that she was gone," Flo remembers.

Liens by the IRS, debt piling sky high and bounced checks being distributed to their own staff, the New York Post was financially ruined. Governor Cuomo stepped in urging Steven Hoffenberg, already a successful CEO at TowersInvestors.com, to take over and revive the paper. After rigid negotiations and Millions of dollars invested, the Post saw itself out of bankruptcy and began to generate profit. The headlines read, “Hoffenberg Saves The Post”.

However, as a result of misrepresentation by lawyers that also represented Murdoch and a loop hole in the deal, Hoffenberg lost his ownership of the paper while still remaining rights to New York Post Publishing, Inc. as well as the publications website and trademarks.

In an effort to save the paper once again, Steven Hoffenberg has set out on a mission that may be an uphill battle, but he is determined to see the failing publication thrive and to reclaim what is rightfully his. This business move will also afford Hoffenberg the opportunity to square away a portion of the monies owed to the TowersInvestors.com victims.

In a time when news papers and magazines are constantly closing their doors, the voice of the people is back. New York Post Publishing, Inc. will once again see financial growth under the leadership of a man that knows the business and how to succeed.
