Memory Care Home Solutions Announces 4th Annual Swing into Spring

Fundraiser to be held Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the UMB Champions Club at Busch Stadium

Memory Care Home Solutions, a nonprofit that provides in-home support and training for caregivers, is proud to announce that it will honor Lydie Wallace and Chuck Jahneke as Volunteers Of The Year at the organization’s 4th annual Swing into Spring event.  The gathering will be held Thursday, May 14, 2015 in the UMB Champions Club at Busch Stadium.

Honoree Lydie Wallace has generously given her time as co-chair for Memory Care Home Solutions’ fall gala, “Memories and Melodies,” and has provided volunteer time on additional capacities throughout years. Honoree Chuck Jahneke has played a large role in assisting the organization in its designs for a new headquarters, as well as helping with constant upkeep of the building.

It is with the support of the community and our volunteers, that we are able to offer no cost programs and services to each caregiver and every family that needs our consultation.

Lisa Baron , executive director of Memory Care Home Solutions
