Dr. Rosenberg was the Executive Director of the Office of Technology Commercialization & Ventures at the University of Massachusetts, responsible for commercialization of technologies developed at its five campuses. Dr. Rosenberg developed the initial strategy and oversaw the Massachusetts Technology Transfer Center, which works with all research institutions in the state, assisting them with commercializing their technologies.

Dr. Rosenberg has a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Brandeis University, a BS in Chemistry from Brooklyn College and was a fellow of the Belgian American Educational Foundation for a post-doc at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.
