— SiteSnap™ automated specimen web page capturing tool. The user simply enters the URI (uniform resource identifier) and MarkAssist will upload the web site screen capture to the application;

— Save client’s data for use with future filings;

— If the attorney opts to have the client e-sign the application, MarkAssist will email the client requesting their electronic signature. Upon the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office receiving the electronic signature (from the attorney or client), MarkAssist will instantly pay the U.S. government fee and the attorney will receive the official filing receipt direct from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, all automated.
