The user interface of MarkAssist is easy to use, with little to no learning curve.

MarkAssist features:

— A streamlined TEAS RF application that conforms to the minimum filing requirements as set by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and MarkAssist will notify the user if there are errors during the application preparation and filing submission;

MarkAssist features failsafe resubmission security. If the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office submission fails due to server timeout or connectivity, MarkAssist will reattempt the submission a number of times;

Searchable index tool of the U.S. Identification of Goods and Services Manual, enabling the user to quickly append goods/services descriptions. The user can simply toggle to review the goods/services description to be submitted;

— Goods/services find and replace tool, which enables the user to quickly enter wording to find between curly braces ({}) or other custom wording (e.g. SUBJECT_MATTER) to find and replace.

— Save a particular goods/services description for future use;

SiteSnap™ automated specimen web page capturing tool. The user simply enters the URI (uniform resource identifier) and MarkAssist will upload the web site screen capture to the application;

— Save client’s data for use with future filings;

— If the attorney opts to have the client e-sign the application, MarkAssist will email the client requesting their electronic signature. Upon the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office receiving the electronic signature (from the attorney or client), MarkAssist will instantly pay the U.S. government fee and the attorney will receive the official filing receipt direct from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, all automated.
