Legion Eyes Strong Finish to 2015 and Future Growth

Legion's director of operations outlined the strategies the firm's associates are using to finish 2015 on a positive note. He also discussed how this will lead to further expansion and growth in 2016.

“Here at Legion, we are committed to ending every year with positive momentum, and 2015 is no different,” proclaimed Alon B., the firm’s director of operations. “We treat every fourth quarter as a sprint to the finish line, and this year we’re on pace to exceed some pretty ambitious targets. I have full confidence that we will start 2016 strong and make it another year to remember.”

Alon and the rest of the Legion executive team understand that preparation is a key element of posting a great fourth quarter. “We like to set clear expectations throughout the year, but it becomes even more important during the final weeks of the calendar year,” he added. “The holiday rush can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to lose sight of longer-term goals as you survive from day to day. That’s why we have team meetings to make sure everyone is on the same page. We also use team training sessions to motivate our associates and track their progress on pivotal initiatives.”

The director is also honest with his team members about how busy the fourth quarter will be. “We begin preparing pretty early for the end-of-year rush,” he added. “As soon as the summer ends, we’re already making arrangements and figuring out where we want to be when the holidays roll around. Our high achievers here at Legion know they will have plenty of support in navigating the busiest time of year.”

“Bringing 2015 to the most successful close possible is our current priority here at Legion,” the director noted. “This isn’t just because doing so will offer great short-term rewards for our firm and the brands we represent.
