Learnnovators Wins DevLearn 2015 Hyperdrive Contest
Learnnovators, an innovative e-learning company has won the Dev Learn Hyperdrive 2015 competition based on innovation, impact, sustainability, uniqueness, and other factors.
Chennai, India, October 13, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Learnnovators, a leading provider of innovative learning solutions, has won the DevLearn 2015 Hyperdrive contest, for its Mobile Performance Support System (MPSS) solution.
MPSS is a mobile app-based performance support solution that Learnnovators designed and developed for their client MTAB. It is made up of byte-sized video tutorials and PDF-based Quick Reference Guides, and leverages the power of QR codes to provide support to learners in their moment of need.
Within nine months of implementation, MPSS brought about stunning results for MTAB in all three business metrics identified for the program. These include:
- An 8 week reduction in MTAB’s billing cycle
- A 52% drop in the number of support calls to the MTAB Service Center
- A 56% improvement in productivity of the MTAB Service Center
Ultimately, the solution resulted in MTAB realizing savings of INR 17.5 Million in nine months’ time.
