Over the years, SunFlare has off and on handled video game localization projects, but the past few years have seen an influx of game localization projects, which has prompted the creation of a team dedicated to game localization.
In spring of 2014, SunFlare launched the English version of their dedicated game localization website, subsequent to the original Japanese version, which was launched in autumn of 2013.
