Kaiser Baas Starts a Revo Glider Revolution. Don't Walk, Glide!
Well it's 2015 and we're still waiting on our Hoverboards. In the meantime though, Kaiser Baas is releasing the true predecessor to the Hoverboard, the Revo Glider. It might not hover, but it propels the rider around in every direction without having to take a single step.
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, December 2, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The Revo Glider is just the first in a range of Gliders from Kaiser Baas. With no handle in sight, the Revo Glider has all the street appeal of a skateboard, with a futuristic twist. Several larger, all-terrain models are set to follow in the wake of the Revo as this category gets people rolling around in style.
The Revo Glider is intuitive and self-balancing. Finely tuned sensors sit underneath the Foot Pads of the Revo and these read posture and body cues from the rider. Riders can move forwards, backwards and even execute zero point turns whilst the Revo Glider steadies and keeps them level. The board of the Revo Glider sits above two wheels, protected with solid rubber tyres. To prevent scratching and other damage, the Revo Glider also has two wheel guards for protection.

The Revo Glider totes a solid set of features including an impressive top speed and range. We’ve clocked the Revo Glider at 12kph/7mph on our testing range. Basically, the smoother and flatter the surface, the better the Revo accelerates. That being said, the Revo Glider comes with an internal speed limiter to stop riders getting out of control. Safety first, after all! The Revo Glider also flaunts an impressive 20km/12mi range. This allows riders to get the most out of using the Revo Glider as a way to get around.

The Revo Glider will ship with a wall charger with interchangeable AU and UK plugs, a User Guide and Warranty Card. The Revo Glider will also have a purpose-built carry bag available for purchase from retailers. This reinforced, nylon bag allows riders to easily transport the Revo Glider between locations and when in need of a charge.
