Jessica Brothers Joins Women's Recovery Center as Director

MARR's WRC welcomes new director to its dynamic team of addiction treatment professionals

MARR Women’s Recovery Center (WRC)—a long-term residential addiction treatment facility for adult women—has named Jessica Brothers, LPC as its new director. Brothers, who served as MARR’s director of admissions prior to accepting the position at WRC, brings clinical expertise in leadership and addiction treatment to the team.

“Jessica shares our vision for MARR and has been an invaluable asset to the organization,” said Guerry Dyes, CEO of MARR. “Through the years, she has shown herself to be a strong leader with a passion for those struggling with substance use disorder.”

Brothers joined MARR’s Department of Admissions in 2010 as an admissions coordinator. In June 2014, she accepted the position of director of admissions. Brothers’ understanding of MARR, coupled with her experience in addiction treatment and customer relations, will be a benefit to WRC.

Brothers will oversee the strategic direction of the Women’s Recovery Center to ensure clients receive the quality care they need. She places great emphasis on the overall client experience—an attribute that Dyes values. “One of our six guiding principles at MARR is ‘People Come First,’ he said. “Jessica embodies that principle and we look forward to what lies ahead for the Women’s Recovery Center.”
