Infinite Buyer, Inc., a privately-held provider of e-commerce tools designed to improve conversion rates and reduce high shopping cart abandonment rates for online sellers, today announced the completion of a secondary seed equity round.  The investments were raised from existing outside investors, each of whom had participated in the primary seed round of financing.  The current financing round was “oversubscribed”.

“We are very grateful for the confidence in our company and our vision that our existing shareholders have expressed by not only meeting our current financing needs, but by oversubscribing to this round,” said Brian Grega, CEO and Co-Founder of Infinite Buyer. “We believe this is a significant indicator that we are gaining traction for our business model and our products, and that eventually Infinite Buyer will transform how e-commerce is done.”

“From the moment I heard about Infinite Buyer, I knew that Brian and his team were on to something big!” says investor Stephan Reckie of Angelus Funding. “I buy tons of stuff online and I use multiple browser windows to find the lowest price, and I truly believe that the ‘Make Your Deal’ button will be a powerful sales closing method for all types of online sellers.”

The proceeds of the financing will be used for further development and refinement of Infinite Buyer’s seller conversion tools that enables online shoppers to use a “make an offer” style purchase on their own website.  Over the coming months, Infinite Buyer will be deploying a “Make Your Deal” button with various online sellers in support of a full roll-out of the product later in 2016.
