Indy Chiropractor Commemorates National Chiropractic Health Month With Exercise Initiative

Dr. Terry Tolle, Doctor of Chiropractic at the Health First Wellness Center in Indianapolis, is celebrating October - National Chiropractic Health Month - by promoting mobility through exercise with all of his patients.

October is National Chiropractic Health Month, an initiative sponsored by the American Chiropractic Association to promote chiropractic care, spinal health, and overall wellness. Dr. Tolle, at the Health First Wellness Center in Indianapolis, IN has spent the month getting involved to promote wellness in his own way.

Sufferers of chronic back pain, neck pain, headaches, Sciatica, and a wealth of other spine-centric conditions share two very important things in common. First, all of these individuals can and do benefit from chiropractic treatment. Second, all of these individuals are recommended to exercise in order to relieve symptoms and retain mobility for life.

Many of Dr. Tolle’s patients have come to him complaining of pain who are also suffering a significant loss in flexibility and overall range of motion. Because of this, the doctor has taken to advocating for consistent exercise. It is Dr. Tolle’s assertion that all people, even those suffering from some of the most extreme conditions he treats, must exercise in order to maintain their best capability of movement and quality of life. Tolle states that while he can reduce symptoms by manipulating a patient’s movement, many patients can effectively eradicate them by helping him, and moving themselves between visits.

Dr. Tolle and his associates at Health First do not only advocate for patient mobility during the month of October. However, while the ACA is promoting conservative treatment options – in lieu of more invasive procedures such as surgery – Dr. Tolle sees the publicity for chiropractic care as an opportunity to make an important statement about the dire need for spinal awareness. Tolle endeavors to help his patients not only through manipulation and physical treatment, but also through consultation and guidance.

Dr. Terry Tolle and his staff at Health First Wellness Center in Indianapolis have joined with the ACA in an effort to promote chiropractics as a form of conservative care. Health First aims to educate the public on important wellness topics and uses widely recognized events such as October’s National Chiropractic Health Month to impact the masses.
