HelpCrunch Is Available for Android Now

HelpCrunch customer communication SDK comes to Android.

HelpCrunch, a customer communication platform, has launched its SDK for Android. Now Android app developers can integrate HelpCrunch directly into the applications to see who is using the app, and send and receive messages to collect feedback, upsell a product/service and provide support.

“Adding HelpCrunch Android SDK was a natural move for us. iOS SDK has been already available for about six month and we have received a lot of queries about SDK for Android. It took us a while as we working to release HelpCrunch for web and Android at the same period of time” – comments Eugene Dounar, HelpCrunch tech lead.

HelpCrunch Android SDK has its obvious differences in the UI controls. However, the functional set of features repeats the iOS SDK. Installing HelpCrunch with a mobile app for Android, agents will have access to users’ device information as well as personal data such as name, email, sign up date, last log in, current status etc.

Recently added Labels will make it easier for the business to stay on top of customer requests and mark conversations that needs to be reviewed or answered later. HelpCrunch lets agent to send direct message to any app user inside app if the user is online or to deliver the message via push notification or via reach the user via email if the user is offline.
