Fort Stockton Living and Rehabilitation is happy to announce the recent hire of Jerry Trevino, who will be leading the skilled nursing facility as the new administrator.

Trevino has 22 years of professional long-term care experience. His responsibilities will include overseeing all of the day-to-day aspects of running a skilled nursing facility. He will interact with employees, residents, and the Fort Stockton community daily to ensure that all of the residents get the best care possible.

"His skills in leadership will drive our team to continue to achieve the standard of excellence that has always been a part of our culture."

Denise Ureste, Director of Nursing

"The best part of my day is walking the halls of our building and interacting with the residents and staff," said Trevino. "I moved to Fort Stockton from Corpus Christi and wasn't sure what to expect. The residents and staff welcomed me like family, and I am glad to be a part of it."

"We're so excited to have Jerry as a part of our community," says Denise Ureste, Director of Nursing at Fort Stockton Living and Rehabilitation. "His skills in leadership will drive our team to continue to achieve the standard of excellence that has always been a part of our culture."
