Budget Travel
When it comes to cheap air travel, 72% of business travelers opted for no frills airlines in the last 12 months while the percentage of general travelers to have flown on a no frills airline was 45.
Flight Delays
When asked if they ever experienced flight delays in the last 12 months, over 55% of UK travelers said yes. While 18% of them suffered six or more hours of delays, 30% told to have experienced delays lasting for less than 3 hours.
Airport Annoyance
The survey included a question regarding the most annoying part of being at an airport to which 35% of travelers mentioned long check-in and security lines. Following the annoyance list were inadequate seating at the boarding area at 20% saying and high prices of food at 14%.
