Christy Catalytics, LLC Acquires Petro Ware, Inc

St. Louis, Missouri USA, February 10, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Christy Catalytics, LLC is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of Petro Ware, Inc. located in Crooksville, Ohio.  Petro Ware, founded by James Swingle in 1984, built its business based upon a manufacturing facility previously used by both Koch and MA Knight dating back to 1942.  Petro Ware expanded the site with a new manufacturing plant in the mid 1990’s that forms the core of the manufacturing operation today.

The process of upgrading the manufacturing facility and integrating Petro Ware’s products into the existing product lines of Christy Catalytics will be complete by the end of 2015.
