Bouncepad Meets Growing Demand for Increased Tablet-based Platforms in the Enterprise

Bouncepad meets demand for increased tablet-based platforms in the enterprise with extended support for a wide variety of Windows and Android devices.

Bouncepad, a leading provider of beautiful and secure enclosures, has upgraded its product range to support a wider range of enterprise-friendly tablets, securely presenting them for use in public spaces like airports, banks, campuses, office buildings, restaurants and retail shops. The move also helps organizations to integrate more tablet-based platforms in their business operations by supporting market-leading Windows tablets and select, 7-8” Windows and Android tablets, as well as the latest iPad Air and iPad mini models.

The increased tablet support helps Bouncepad to continue working closely with organizations to improve business performance and protect their investments within the company’s enclosures. While Bouncepad has supported Android and iPad devices, the added compatibility with Windows tablets lets organizations leverage the same powerful processors and Windows 8 software they’ve established and run their businesses on over the years. These devices also work seamlessly with hard-wired data connections and third-party peripherals, making them ideal for organizations working across a variety of sectors.

Similar to the 10” cases, the 7-8” Mini cases now includes a secure lock and key system, while providing the same easy installation, WiFi connectivity and concealed cabling as its predecessor. Additionally, the company has developed a right-angled Micro USB cable, – similar to its proprietary MFI Lightning cable – which will be required to accommodate some of the newly supported tablets.

We're seeing organizations move away from their existing legacy equipment and utilizing tablets as the device of choice for their business. Increasing tablet support is a necessary step for us to meet the demand for tablets in the business world.

Increasing tablet support is a necessary step for us to meet the demand for tablets in the business world.”
