Attorney Doug Long Nominated for Honor from the General Counsel of the Year Awards

Attorney and Cumberland County Freeholder Joins Elite Group

Local attorney and Cumberland County freeholder Doug Long (www.longmarmero.com) has been recognized by NJBIZ as a finalist in the Non-Profit or Government Organization category in the 2015 General Counsel of the Year Awards Program. The program honors New Jersey’s most remarkable General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers and the efforts they have put into building successful companies.

Doug Long, Attorney

Long is a founding partner of Long Marmero. His practice concentrates on representing governmental and quasigovernmental entities. Long also represents private industry in areas of mergers and acquisitions, land use and contract law. He has been a Freeholder for Cumberland County since 2012. Long resides in Upper Deerfield with his wife, Krystal, and their three children.

Long is invited to attend a breakfast awards ceremony on Tuesday, June 2, where finalists will be recognized and the winners in each category will be announced.
