The American Association of Clinical Chemistry has Awarded Anne Daley of Chi Solutions with the Outstanding Speaker Award for 2014.

Daley, MS, CMQOE, CSSBB, CLC, MT, DLM, Senior Consultant has been honored with The American Association of Clinical Chemistry’s Outstanding Speaker Award for 2014. This award recognizes achievement in earning an overall speaker evaluation rating of 4.5 or higher during a 2014 ACCENT continuing education activity.

Ms. Daley has over thirty years of diagnostic operations management experience in hospital and commercial outreach settings and performs operational studies for Chi clients focused on system integration project management, process improvement, and quality management. Prior to Chi, she directed core and hospital laboratory technical operations for a leading integrated outreach laboratory and health system in the Southwest. Certified by the American Society for Quality as a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence and a Six Sigma Black Belt, Ms. Daley served on the Clinical Laboratory Management Association Board of Directors and has performed various projects for the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), including serving as a member of the Subcommittee on Quality Management Systems and co-authoring the CLSI document, Understanding the Cost of Quality in the Laboratory; A Report. At its annual leadership meeting in March 2015, CLSI honored her with a recognition award acknowledging participation in and completion of QMS20 (Cost of Quality). Ms. Daley holds an MS in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
