Altus Dynamics Donor Engage to Replace Serenic's Donorvision at the United Church of Canada
Multi-award winning Microsoft Partner Altus Dynamics to provide The United Church of Canada with a new donation management solution, Donor Engage, built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Toronto, Canada, February 12, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The United Church of Canada is the largest Protestant church in Canada, with over 2 million members. In late 2014 it started looking for a new donation management solution to replace its DonorVision tool. The Church needed a replacement solution to enable better engagement with constituents and to manage its donations, while gaining additional functionality around volunteer and grant management.
Through a selection process, The United Church of Canada compared several solutions including Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge. Eventually it selected Altus Dynamics as its solution provider and our Donor Engage solution, built within Dynamics CRM, as the solution that could manage the fundraising capabilities it was looking for. “Having experience with a donation management tool, UCC were aware of the types of features and functionality it needed to carry out fundraising.” says James Faw, CTO, Altus Dynamics “However a platform like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, upon which Donor Engage is built offered greater flexibility and opened up more possibilities.”
