Pioneer Engineering's Research and Development Team Has a New Home at Colorado State University's Powerhouse Energy Institute

The research and development division of Pioneer Engineering will now be located in Colorado State University's Powerhouse Energy Campu

The research and development division of Pioneer Engineering, one of the leading and premier providers of reliability engineering and vibration analysis services and training, will now be located in Colorado State University's Powerhouse Energy Campus.

The newly remodeled and expanded Powerhouse Energy Campus, which also includes the CSU Engines and Energy Conversion Laboratory, is located in the historic power plant building in North Old Town, Fort Collins, Colo. The engineering firm moved in last month.

"We've always taken the term 'pioneer' in our name very seriously," said Dr. Mitchell Stansloski, founder and president of Pioneer Engineering. "Moving our research and development engineers into Colorado State University's Powerhouse campus enables us to connect directly with their newly formed Rotordynamics and Vibrations Laboratory, which means our path for innovation just got that much clearer."

The relocation of Pioneer's research and development division gives its engineers access to state-of-the-art and complex turbomachinery equipment and engines and enable greater collaboration with the faculty and students of in CSU's mechanical engineering department.

Pioneer Engineering's research and development team is leading the industry in identifying and developing new state-of-the-art diagnostic and monitoring technologies to help improve the lifespan of rotating, torsional and reciprocating industrial equipment.
