Pilates 4 Women Only, a full service Pilates studio located in Poway, Ca, now offers Baby Fit Prenatal Pilates classes. This progressive prenatal Pilates program, offered six times a week, combines cardiovascular training with modified Pilates exercises, done on the reformer, to strengthen weak core muscles, stabilize hyper-mobile joints, lengthen tight muscles and alleviate maternal aches and pains while keeping mom and baby fit as they prepare for childbirth.
